In the event that, due to lack of information or changes beyond Palmer 1956's control, additional materials or labour are required, these will be invoiced as EXTRAS at the same prices as those shown in the quotation. The present products and planned commercial services are available exclusively to end-users, defined by law as ‘consumers’.

Product offers and product prices are valid for as long as they can be seen at the point of sale or on the website.

Palmer 1956 S.L.U. reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not ‘Consumers’.

Products and Prices

Palmer 1956 S.L.U. sells products purchased by the company itself from suppliers and wholesalers, carefully selected and with special attention to their rigorous and demanding quality controls.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on the official website of each manufacturer. The image and colours of the products offered by the manufacturer may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the internet browser or the type of monitor used.

The technical characteristics, approvals and safety declarations of a product sold by Palmer 1956 S.LU. are indicated on the label, on the packaging or in the instructions for use of the product and may appear in full or in part on the manufacturer's website next to the product image. All products comply with the standards and are approved as required by European Union regulations. We are not responsible for any deviations from the standards in these non-EU countries and/or that the products are not approved in these countries.

The price of the products is expressed in Euros and includes VAT, all applicable taxes and duties, and in the event that delivery, collection or installation services, etc. are required, the company will also inform of the possible costs. Prices are subject to change at any time, although such changes will only affect future purchases.

Return of goods and the right of withdrawal

If you decide to exercise your right to return products purchased from Palmer 1956 S.L.U. we remind you that the company has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original state or that are damaged. Items personalised by or for the customer, products out of stock, discontinued or out of date with respect to new models that may have arrived on the market after the date of purchase of the item to be returned, as well as products ordered to order or for exclusive sale to a customer, may not be returned. If your return does not comply with the general terms and conditions of sale indicated in the law, you shall not be entitled to any refund of the amounts paid to Palmer 1956 S.L.U.

You can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition, has its original packaging, accessories and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts if any. We remind you that, when you make use of your right of withdrawal, the money paid will be refunded in the same payment method used. Product warranties

All products sold by Palmer 1956 S.L.U. are covered by a warranty for defects of conformity for a period of not less than 24 months.

The warranty, provided for the above-mentioned duration, shall apply to the product that presents a defect of conformity, provided that the product has been used correctly, in compliance with the use for which it is intended and in compliance with the provisions of the technical documentation or the enclosed instructions for use. In the event of a defect of conformity, we shall, at our expense, restore the product to conformity by repairing/replacing it or reducing the price, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. Warranty service requires the presentation of the purchase invoice.

Palmer 1956 S.L.U. reserves the right to replace, at its own discretion, the product with a product of the same or superior characteristics. If this is not possible, the contract will be terminated and the total amount paid will be refunded. In cases where the product is to be returned in order to be able to use the warranty, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all parts, including packaging and any documents and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.

Palmer 1956 S.L.U. shall not be liable if the customer has requested the removal of the packaging upon delivery, nor shall we be liable for any misuse of the products after delivery.

Payments

In case of payment by debit/credit card, all details (e.g. card number or expiry date) will be handled directly by the payment processor (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS; etc.), without any third party having access to it. Palmer 1956 S.L.U. will not have access to these details.

Palmer 1956 S.L.U. will carry out all payment management procedures through the same payment manager: i.e. both the purchase and the refund, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return. When, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sales process will be stopped until another means of payment is guaranteed. If this is not possible, the purchase will be cancelled and the sales contract will be deemed to be cancelled.

The General Terms and Conditions may be amended to comply with new laws and regulations or for other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall take effect from the date of their application and shall apply to the purchase and orders received thereafter.
